Who we are
MedArow operates a marketing and educational website. We are a healthcare platform preparing to connect people with independent licensed providers. We are not currently accepting patients for treatment. MedArow does not diagnose, prescribe, or dispense medications or medical care through this site.
Information we may collect
When launch-updates waitlist or contact features are enabled, we may collect limited contact details you choose to share (for example name, email, and consent). Completing a launch-updates request does not start medical care or guarantee a prescription. We do not collect clinical questionnaire data through this marketing site.
- Contact / waitlist fields (when activated and approved as launch-updates only)
- Standard web logs and analytics (IP, user agent, pages viewed) if enabled later
- UTM and attribution parameters on landing pages (for marketing measurement)
How we use information
- To send launch updates or respond to inquiries you request
- To improve the marketing site and measure campaign performance
- To comply with applicable law
We do not sell personal information. We do not use this site for OpenLoop, Stripe, or clinical form workflows.
Sharing
Service providers who help us operate email, CRM, or hosting may process data on our behalf under agreements. Independent providers you later choose to work with have their own privacy practices. Any future care pathway would involve an independent clinical partner with separate notices.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of contact data we hold, or unsubscribe from launch updates, by emailinghello@medarow.com.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date once a final policy is published.
